A corporate trip doesn't have to mean a tight schedule, mandatory activities and another presentation displayed in a hotel conference room. The best ideas often come up over a shared table, during a walk or in the evening around a bonfire.
A good trip gives the team time to work, but also space to rest and just be together. Without rushing. Without sharing space with other groups. Without a schedule packed from morning to night.
Below you'll find a ready-made schedule for a three-day corporate trip that can be used during team building, a workation or strategic meeting at Villa Stara Apteka in Srebrna Góra.

Start with one question: why are we going?
Before you start planning meals, workshops and additional activities, define the main goal of the trip.
Do you want to:
plan the next quarter calmly,
integrate people who work remotely day-to-day,
summarise an important stage of the project,
find space for creative work,
or simply rest together after an intense period?
One clearly named goal makes it easier to organise the entire stay. If the trip is to serve strategy, it's worth planning two specific work blocks. If its main goal is team building, it's better to leave more room for conversation, shared meals, mountains and rest.

Ready itinerary for a 3-day corporate retreat
This plan can be adapted to weekdays or weekends. Times are approximate, the important thing is the rhythm: focus, breaks, shared time and rest.
Day 1 – arrival and settling in gently
15:00–17:00 – arrival and check-in
Time to unpack calmly, explore the house and have coffee at the shared table. Villa is rented exclusively, so from the start the entire space belongs only to your team.17:00–18:00 – opening of the trip
A short meeting in a specially prepared room. It's worth reminding everyone of the purpose of the stay, setting the plan and giving each person a moment to say what they're bringing to the trip. A projector and portable screen are available on site, so you don't need to bring your own presentation equipment. Without long speeches. On the first day, finding a shared rhythm is more important.
18:00–19:30 – time for a walk or rest
You can take a walk around Srebrna Góra, go out to the garden or simply rest after your journey. Not every free hour needs to be organised right away. If you're looking for ideas for a walk or group outing, check out our guide to Srebrna Góra and surroundings.
19:30 – shared dinner
The first shared meal naturally opens up conversations. Upon request, we'll help organise meals and connect you with trusted chefs who will tailor the menu to the nature of the trip, the team's preferences and any dietary requirements. More information can be found in our group offer. You can also write to us and we'll suggest the solution best suited to your stay.
21:00 – bonfire, sauna or hot tub
The evening can move to the garden. A bonfire is conducive to long conversations, and the sauna and year-round hot tub allow you to relax without needing to organise another activity. Also check out the shared spaces, the room and the SPA zone.
Day 2 – work, mountains and time together
8:00–9:30 – breakfast
Shared breakfast and coffee allow you to start the day calmly before the first workshop block.9:30–11:00 – first workshop block
This is a good moment for the most important topic of the trip: strategy, project summary or working on a new idea. The room is 70 m², has underfloor heating and air conditioning, so you can use it comfortably all year round.11:00–11:30 – coffee break
It's best to really step away from the table. A short break in the garden often clarifies more than the next slides.11:30–13:00 – work in smaller groups
The second block can take a more practical form: team conversations, developing solutions or preparing specific decisions. There's no shortage of places in the house where you can split into smaller groups.13:00–14:30 – lunch and a long break
Lunch shouldn't be just a quick stop between meetings. The chefs we work with can prepare full catering for the entire stay or selected meals. The menu is arranged for the specific group – also in vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other versions to meet the needs of participants.14:30–17:00 – shared activity or free time
Depending on the team's energy, you can choose a walk, a trip to the Sowie Mountains, a visit to Srebrna Góra Fortress or a ride on the gravel bikes available on site. You can also plan nothing. A deckchair in the garden, a book or a conversation in a small group is just as good a use of this time.17:00–19:00 – rest
Sauna, hot tub, a small gym or time in your own apartment. Villa also has a separate massage room. We work with a local massage therapist and can pass on the contact to organisers so they can arrange sessions in advance for anyone interested.19:30 – dinner
The evening meal can be the most important team-building moment of the day. Without a facilitator and without a script. Conversations at one table usually flow naturally.21:00 – evening without agenda
Bonfire, music, board games or continuing conversations. It's good to leave at least one evening without a mandatory programme.
Day 3 – summary without rush
8:30–10:00 – breakfast Make the last morning relaxed. There's time for coffee, conversation, and preparation for departure.
10:00–11:30 – wrap-up A short closing session: what we're taking away, what decisions were made, and what happens next. This way, the retreat doesn't end with just good memories, but translates into concrete actions.
11:30–13:00 – walk or personal time One last chance to enjoy the garden, Srebrna Góra, the sauna, or a quiet packing session.
13:00 – lunch and departure A shared meal provides a nice conclusion to the stay. Exact arrival and departure times are arranged individually to fit the group's needs.

Plan your corporate retreat at Villa Stara Apteka
Why does this plan work? Because it doesn't try to fill every minute. Two short, well-prepared work blocks usually bring more than a full-day conference. Shared meals build relationships without forced team-building. Free time lets each person rest in their own way, and a change of scenery helps you look at everyday topics from a different perspective.
Srebrna Góra offers your team something more: a clear change of pace. Mountains, a historic village, and a house surrounded by a garden make it possible to truly relax.
